I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean with an amazing view and a large shower, although they appeared a bit old. The service was polite and attentive, except for a slight delay at the bar. The location was excellent, close to various attractions and dining options. The dining experience was enjoyable with a mix of American and Mexican dishes.
The hotel offers breathtaking views from the 14th floor rooms and is conveniently located near key attractions. The service is helpful with minor inconveniences. However, the dining experience could use some improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to a shopping mall and surrounded by many restaurants and stores. The rooms were pristine, and I especially enjoyed the large walk-in shower. The service was top-notch, with staff being kind and always ready to help. The dining options were complete and delicious, making me feel like I was at one of the best Holiday Inn Express properties. However, the rooms can get a bit too warm in the afternoon and chilly in the morning. Overall, a great hotel with excellent value for money.
